Great experience. I didn’t actually buy anything this time, but they supported a mattress purchase I made 9 months ago. It’s moving day and it’s pouring rain outside... I asked the salesman for a bag to protect the mattress from the rain, and he was more than happy to help out. Chris West - you’re the man! You saved my mattress from getting soaked, and I won’t forget it.

I order a sectional couch way back during the boxing week sales. I'm on my fifth delivery...... two damaged couch, brought the left facing couch instead of the right. On the fourth delivery they didn't even have a couch. They were planning on leaving me with nothing. The movers have even use the line in my 15 year of delivery I never had this happen. The sale rep used the excuse twice that his manager is on holiday in two separate weeks (not side by side in a 3 week period. Off the one week, never call me back during the second week then back on holiday during the third week. Seems weird right) got another delivery coming today... I'm not looking forward to this anymore. I just want this nightmare over. I don't even know what more to say I feel like I'm being taken advantage of. I know what my job is to take care of my family and provide them with the things they need. What's your job brick?

We purchased a sectional from Rich. He was VERY accommodating and knowledgeable. No sales pressure either! He made me feel like I was the most important person in the store and thanked me for my repeat business. I hadn't had a great experience with my first purchase but Rich turned that around for me. I will be watching for my next purchase!!

I visited the store yesterday to buy furniture for my new home and Andreas was a huge help in making sure I had the best shopping experience. The Representatives at the Brick have always been very helpful and friendly and I will continue my business there in the future.

I recently visited the smaller store in Stratford, ON after doing some research online. I knew what I was looking for but wanted to see it in person before purchasing. I wasn't there more than a few minutes when Rich, the store representative came over to answer any questions I had. He helped with warranty options and I ended up buying everything right there on the spot. He was very helpful and the experience was very good.
