We have had the best experience with Nestled in Burlington. The customer service is unparalleled - Cindy and the team ALWAYS remembered us at our visits, and even remembered what we ordered in the past! Their suggestions and insights into their products was so invaluable - it was always an honest and helpful conversation that led us to buying some beautiful items for our nursery. Buying environmentally friendly and high quality items was important to us, and Nestled had exactly what we were looking for. I cannot thank the team enough for the fantastic experience we've had with them...the whole process can feel very overwhelming, but with such a caring and helpful staff, we navigated through and our nursery has come together perfectly. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!

I don't believe that the staff at Nestled value their customers. I called in with a simple request this morning, 5 hours later I got a call back and Kelly said that she spoke with someone in "finance" and that they agreed, the info I need can't be provided. When I asked who she spoke with and what the contact number was she said "um, it's a private number that isn't given to customers" (right) I called Head Office and they processed my request in MINUTES. I called Kelly back and all of a sudden she was very proactive in trying to get me what I needed. When I pressed her she started back peddling and completely changed her story. Come to find out, she didn't even call Head Office - she emailed them! She said they must not have understood what she was asking. Maybe so, but wouldn't you want to call the customer back and try to clarify the request instead of saying it can't be done? The caliber of her customer service skills is not in line with the image this company portrays. She was rude, dismissive and I couldn't even get a word in edgewise without her talking over me. I completely regret shopping at Nestled, we will take our business where it's valued moving forward.

Ordered a crib and was told that it would be a long wait as they are a special order. Was told that it was a higher quality product than the other retailers as it is made in North America. Received a call that it was ready for pick up but the pick up is done by appointment and in another location (warehouse is 10-15 minutes drive away) which is very inconvenient. When I arrived to the warehouse I insisted on opening the packaging as their invoice says that they are not liable for any damages if you completed the pick up. SO HAPPY I DID!!! The crib was littered with holes- turns out that their "high end North American manufacturer" doesn't believe in quality control and packaged and sent a crib that had all the finished nails/staples holes exposed. Called the store- was told that there's nothing they can do about it and if we would like to get the same one it will have to be re-ordered and will take 14(!) weeks. Not much good to us as my wife is 8.5 months pregnant. When we requested to be refunded as we decided not to deal with them anymore the sales person (Helen) initially told us that she could not issue a refund "only a manager can do that. Why don't you wait till you speak to Kelly ?". Surprisingly enough - when we insisted on getting our money back she located a "magic" card that enabled the refund.... Bottom line- it is an overpriced store that is labeled as a better quality retailer. I don't mind paying for quality and good service but when I don't get either it is really a waste of time and money... There are other options out there and I really recommend to pass on this ordeal!

Walked in with my wife one day looking for cribs. Found something fell in love with it but due to stupid family superstitions couldn't purchase until a certain time but that would have cut it too close. They took the order, put the crib on the side for me, and asked me just for my word that I would come pick it up at a certain day without any down payment. To me that is the definition customer service and assistance. Excellent staff, very helpful, great selection not just for cribs, but for everything baby related. Loved the experience.

Customer service seems great until you purchase after that it's all down hill staff couldn't care less about issues regarding their products. Not worth the money for poor quality.
