I am very happy with my purchase I made at the grand re-opening event. I purchased a new mattress and sectional. Ram, the sales associate was very helpful and provided great support through the process. I was originally looking else where but he was very easy to work with and answered all my questions. I texted him and even on his day off he took the time to make sure a concern I had was dealt with! Thank you again for the great service and overall buying experience. Also the sales manager was very responsive as well and provided a great second level of sales support. Thank you again to the whole team at the Brick Burlington.

Had a wonderful experience with The Brick, Burlington today. The prices are really reasonable and they have lot of collection also. The executive Ram was very friendly and helpful in getting the right product for us. He was very trustworthy and exhibited commitment towards our needs. I highly recommend this shop with utmost customer satisfaction.

Brian was incredibly helpful. As a salesperson, he listened to what we wanted, presented the options, helped keep our 2 year old occupied and happy so we could test out the merchandise, and made the overall experience enjoyable with zero pressure. Plus he got us an earlier delivery date than we first thought possible!! We decided at first to check out other stores for comparisons but found little else that we liked and always had a pushy salesperson who was only interested in a high priced sale (commission). The brick got our business and we're happy about it!

We recently purchased a sectional from the Brick showroom in Burlington (Gena by Cindy Crawford). Really lovely piece, we've had it for a few months now and loving it. Also, absolutely brilliant customer service by one of the reps, Ram. We've been to other Brick locations but never had anyone help us as much as Ram did. He went above and beyond to help get stock of our sectional and have it delivered in time. Sincerely appreciate Ram for the way he helped - not a lot of store managers that go out of their way to ensure you're satisfied, highly recommend asking for him at the Burlington store. Thanks again!

Horrible, pathetic customer service. We ordered well in advance of our delivery date and was told everything was in stock. A few days prior to delivery we were notified a piece of the sectional was missing. When I called delivery back, that’s when we found out they gave away our mattress to another order! They cancelled and moved delivery dates without telling us. Now we have a faulty mattress, The Brick won’t take it back, BeautyRest won’t give us warranty, and no one will reply to emails or phone calls. When we go into the store, they tell us we have to talk to Corporate Customer service or the manager, which are the ones not calling us back or returning emails. The Brick loves to take your money, but once you walk out the door, they could care less about you or customer service. We will never shop at The Brick again, and we’ll be sure to tell our friends and family never to shop there. What a gong show.
