We were explained the floor model was the last and the model was no longer available. We were told because it was so popular we had to pay full price for this last floor model. Our decision was to accept it and we bought it because we wanted it. Came back for another purchase two months later to see a new exact couch on the show room floor. Spoke to our sales person who said we had to speak with her husband the owner. Surprise, surprise they said they received new stock. We explained what transpired during the sale and how we felt we were misled. We wanted an exchange for a new item because one seat was sinking due to being used as a floor model. The owner turned and walked away. He said nothing and walked away. I was shocked and left the store. I thought of returning the couch but did not want the drama of dealing with these people. We were lied to so they could rotate the floor model at full price. The couch is about two years old now and the springs are worn out. We sink when sitting and feel the wood frame behind our knees. Very disappointing quality, service and integrity.

Great stuff and low $$$

My designer warned me about this place but I went anyway. Furniture is well priced and nice stuff. I will not deny that. You can buy it at a better price elsewhere but if you are in Burlington there are not a tonne of options. That's where the problem lies. The arrogant owner thinks he is doing you a favour by selling you stuff, telling you it would cost more in Toronto. He seems to think he is on the same level as places that are so far above him in design, service and experience it is laughable. Don't expect a thank you , don't expect them to remember you when you spend a lot of money there. Expect to be treated as an inconvenience. Even trying to buy things is torture. I could build the furniture faster than it takes them to write up a receipt. Wonder if they have heard of a thing called a POS system. The customer service is what will put him out of business.

This store was just okay. The furniture was beautiful - higher end prices. The service wasn't that great as there were multiple employees and no one greeted us as we walked around the entire store. The store is dark and closed concept. A little uncomfortable and difficult to picture the furniture correctly in the dark lighting.
