Excellent staff! Knows their inventory and exactly what I was looking for. Great value and quality. Very easy shopping experience. Love my new nightstand!

Horrible experience. I had placed an order online in plenty of time and made sure to choose items in stock to receive them by my moving date to our cottage. 4 chairs were out of stock so without informing me they held the entire order. I emailed and called customer service numerous times and finally received that answer. I explained the rest of the order had to be shipped right away as we rented a truck plus a barge to transport this to the cottage on a certain day which is a huge cost. Their policy is to cancel your outstanding items and re-order them which of course puts you at the bottom of the line again. I follow the instructions of the customer service person and do just that. Had to call two more times to ensure I would receive my refund for the first set of chairs. Second issue, items are received and leather chair has scratches all over it. I send photos and a detailed description of my timeline of receiving a new one or compensated for this one. Going on two weeks and it is still not resolved which means I have no way of getting this leather chair over to the cottage. 5th email was sent to day asking for a manager to call me. Lastly, checked online and my chairs are back in stock so I proceeded to the store where I had scheduled to PICK THEM UP now (even though delivery was paid for on the first order) and they are not there and no way of receiving them in time because it takes up to ONE - TWO WEEKS to get them in? Nothing but frustration.

Customer service is absolutely terrible, which we read before ordering a couch from them and ignored. The couch came damaged twice, even though the packaging wasn't which suggested it was damaged from the factory. The bottom frame was broken on the first couch and the fabric was ripped from the factory on the 2nd, which, as they pointed out multiple times, they "graciously" paid for the shipping back of their damaged couch, as if they were doing us a favor by taking back their damaged product. The three phone calls we had with them were frustrating, they took forever got back to emails, and even then sometimes they would never respond. On the phone they were condescending and refused to exchange the 2nd damaged couch for a new one. In the end nothing was resolved, and they sent a return truck without telling us (!) to take away the couch without replacing it, which felt very shady. We were happy just to be done with the company so decided to let them take it. They're still processing the return though, and have offered nothing in way of a solution or compensation for the ordeal. I highly suggest you look elsewhere even disregarding the service issues, as the couch was just alright in person. The stitching wasn't straight along the back, and some of the fabric lengths were slightly mismatched. Not a huge deal, but disappointing quality nonetheless. We've had a much better experience with both Wayfair and West Elm online, both of which we had to make shipping returns and had pleasant experiences.

Staff was just ok, kind of made me not want to buy as they were reluctant to help and any answers felt made up on the spot and not as if they knew much about their product. I'm glad I went in because the furntirue looks much better online ... In person you get a better feel and see the quality isn't that great on many items.

Furniture is very modern ikea-esq but definitely better quality. No pressure from the sales people. Placed an order for waiting room chairs online and stopped in to pickup. Chairs look great
