The customer service has been wonderful from start to finish. Michelle was the sales associate we had and she was extremely helpful in finding everything we needed. A dresser we purchased did not fit in the spot that it was intended for and Ken, the manager, resolved the issue promptly and courteously. I would definitely recommend this location and we have and will continue to return here for all our appliance, home decor and furniture needs! Thank you so much!

Dealt with the St Catherine's store and it was very helpful. I had questions and concerns about previously bought furniture and Lisa was a manger that we dealt with. She was a huge help and had no problem with dealing with our issues. Was a great experience and we are glad to have dealt with this store. Will definitely continue to buy from them. Thanks again.

Bought the Paris love seat and sofa in June/18. Have had to replace it once already with my warranty. Today I went in to replace it AGAIN, was made to wait 1.5 hours for someone to do the paperwork, then was hassled over the delivery fee, which I did not have to pay last time .This was my first time buying an actual brand new sofa set and was incredibly disappointed in the service. EDIT** Ken, the store manager, adjusted the delivery fee, he was very kind and helpful.

Went in looking for 2 couches and a fridge for one of my properties and was very happy with the service and professionalism of the staff. They found the perfect items for my budget and were not pushy at all. I dealt with the store manager Ken who was extremely nice. The items arrived in perfect condition. I'm very happy with my purchase. Would highly recommend this store.

I visited the St.Catharines location of The Brick today with the intention of browsing furniture for an upcoming purchase. Typically my sister and I prefer to browse without the assistance from a sales representative, however when we were pleasantly greeted by Melissa, we hesitantly accepted her offer to assist us. She was extremely personable and asked pointed questions to quickly determine what I was looking for. She was amazing at demonstrating the various features and making sure I understood my options and she went above and beyond to make sure that I got the best deal possible. I do believe that she mentioned she had only been working in the store since the end of December, however despite her short time with the company she was knowledgeable about the products and appeared quite at ease. We really enjoyed that she joined in with our sense of humour and took time to ask a few personal questions that were completely unrelated to the purchase. Next time my sister or I shop at The Brick we will definitely be looking for Melissa to assist us. Side note... Not only did I make a purchase when I had only intended to browse, but she did so well at determining my needs that I purchased the first item that she showed me. Thanks Melissa!!
