We have been dealing with The Brick for a number of years delivering furniture and appliances to our resort. The service has always been great and know that our property is not always the easiest for manoeuvring appliances in and out of. I have always been pleased with the level of service and working with them to troubleshoot the best method to get us our order. The only criticism would be to finish off the full service experience off by offering a complimentary service of switching around the fridge doors if needed and finishing the job.

Very impressed with the client service and the new store itself. Excellent and prompt service and the delivery guys were fantastic and very professional. I was also impressed with the efforts put forth by the owners to make sure all details were addressed prior to, and after, delivery. Finally, I was pleasantly surprised to see the extent of recycling and proper disposal of old appliances- Well done!

Love my new couch and the staff was so great and accommodated a rush delivery! The delivery staff was exceptional! They worked quickly and efficiently to get it set up and took all the garbage away. I will definitely shop there again!

Unfortunately I Won't be purchasing anything from this store again because of head office issues/warranty issues. The staff at the Huntsville Store are very friendly and assured us our item (A mattress) that was defective would be covered under warranty. We then in good faith purchased a new one from them that day and began the warranty process. Buyer beware, The warranty system is very frustrating and the response time is very long.

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! Tyler and Austin were awesome. They delivered everything on time, in great condition and were so helpful on site. We are a remote location in Algonquin Park so when people go the extra mile, we really appreciate it! Our company will definitely be regular customers at the Huntsville brick. Highly recommend!
