My husband and I spent over $2000 on a new mattress with the boxspring, sheets, cover, etc. We were very happy with the initial service. However, after 3 weeks of sleeping on the mattress, I have been waking up several times in the night and in the morning with back pain, which has been getting more severe each day. I called and spoke to Steve who told me that there was nothing he could do. I was even willing to pay extra to upgrade to a softer mattress but he said my only options were to pay full price for an entirely new mattress (and keep my current new mattress) or go out and buy a foam topper. If I wanted to buy a foam topper, I wouldn't have paid so much for a good quality mattress. I am incredibly upset that I spent so much money and extremely disappointed in the way I was treated. We specifically went to Comfort Zone and paid more than we would have somewhere else in order to support a local business but now I regret it. Steve was very rude and didn't seem to empathize whatsoever.

I highly recommend The Comfort Zone great place great people check them out before you make a decision. I bought 2 Mattresses and when they were delivering them turns out I told them the wrong size of one of the Mattresses, all they said was ok we will go get the right one and be right back no extra cost no complaining and this was after hour's. for what it's worth I only leave reviews when I get great service..
