Just tired to buy a roll of wire at this Canadian Tire. The package was damaged, some of the wire pulled out and bent so much it would be unusable. It was the last package in the amount I needed. So I asked for a discount. I was shot down by the manager with no explanation, no eye contact and not the slightest hint of customer care. It's not so much the discount, although why I should be expected to pay full price for a reduced amount of product, I do not know. It's the attitude - I got the sense he thought I was being a jerk for asking for a discount. Way to go with the customer loyalty "core values", man. You killed it today. So now I'm at Rona buying wire. Guess where I'll be shopping from now on? UPDATE. Just got my wire at Rona. All the staff were friendly and helpful, I got exactly what I needed AND the price was lower. Seriously, it's a minute down the road. Just go to Rona.

Small store, sometimes hard to find a staff to help. Sometimes some of the staff can be a little bit rude as well. However, there have been a couple staff that have been incredibly nice and helpful, smiling and happy. Good advertised sales, good effort to keep shelves stocked with sale items large parking lot, comfortable atmosphere.

I had a rather expensive return but did not have the store receipt. They asked when I bought the item (2 months ago), they were able to find it in their computer and I got issued a full refund with no issues. I was treated with courtesy and the staff was very polite and professional. I have lived here in Campbellford for almost 7 years and I have zero complaints against this store (unlike some in the GTA where I move from). I highly recommend this store. Eric B.

Campbellford Canadian Tire has exceptional customer service! Any time I've been in the store, there is someone available to assist me in finding my items. A big thanks to the Customer Service Manager, Atina, for her assistance the other day in gathering some Christmas gifts for my family. I was very appreciative of her taking the time to assist me. I will continue to visit this store because of their amazing customer service!

Every time I’ve ever visited Canadian Tire in Campbellford, Atina has always been such a pleasure to talk too. She always answers my questions with kindness and professionalism, and never made me feel stupid or overwhelmed. I don’t shop a lot here but when I do, I know I can count on her to make my shopping experience a good one.
