Nick is a great guy. Picked a sectional I liked he was able to give me a small discount. I shopped around for hours but ultimately surplus furniture has the best prices on Ashley Furniture. I’d recommend this store and sales staff.

I purchased a couch from them about 2 years ago. The sales person was helpful, but they were really pushy. I loved the couch i chose, did the payment plan and had it delivered. I was told it would be delivered on my move in date- it was about two hours late when i called the store. They said i hadn't even paid for it yet which is why it wasn't delivered... even though the sales person stated that he would have it delivered on that day, and have my payment go through that day. They got the couch to me that day which was great, but it was frustrating that they didn't have better communication with each other in regards to my payment & delivery. The couch didn't even last 5/6 months. The cushions went flat, the fabric started pilling. I didn't get a warranty- so i couldn't call back and expect repair (plus i have pets, and i didn't want to deal with the hassle of being told they damaged the couch when in fact they did not- it was just a crappy couch to begin with). about a year and a half later i called the store to inquire about getting a replacement cushion covers as one had gotten damaged (i was not asking for it for free- i was WILLING TO PAY FOR IT but just wanted to know if they could order it for me as i couldn't find the company online). I was met with a rude employee on the phone saying i bought the couch x amount of years ago, its not covered anymore by warranty. I reiterated that i didn't want it for nothing. I was told it would be in in 1 month. I never got a call about them coming in, called again and was told i would be called when it came in- never was so i just gave up. Good prices, but poor quality products.

Seeing as Jamie the new district manager can't be bothered to return phone calls or emails and is just giving us the run around I figured I would leave a review to be told the district manager would call us back. Bought a living room set from here and in under 2 months it's already falling apart been calling to discuss options to fix the couch with no reply. Hopefully this will help us get our couch fixed Update: It's now been a week tomorrow Jamie has passed our couch problems off to the new store manager (Nick) I do believe. Nick who we didn't want to deal with at the time of sale because he was very pushy and we made it clear we didn't need help only for him to try to help us. We went back to the store and dealt with Jamie because he seemed approachable and didn't pressure us into a sale. Listened to what we wanted and was great but this service really sucks. Maybe this edit will get the ball rolling with this "warenty issue" now have? I'll be expecting an email very soon

The store and sales associates were great, we here served by Ken and he was superb. The only reason I gave the store 4 stars is their delivery. I understand that it's a 3rd party and you're not responsible for them, but I strongly recommend you finding a different delivery company. Our door window got smashed by delivery guys withing the first 30 seconds, they were swearing, one of them tried fighting my boyfriend and then his co-worker, who tried calming him down by asking if he wants to go back to jail, which didn't give me peace of mind either. But the store was great.

You cannot beat these prices, and when the set I wanted was not available, sales person Scott and store manager Nick went out of their way to accommodate me. Much appreciated!
