I've bought a table 2 weeks ago, and today, the table completely collapse on the ground with my two kids beside, three of the 4 metallic legs have been ejected and it's impossible to put them back in place, the table wood is destroyed where the metallic legs should fit. Also, we got the deliver really late, with few hours notice, like 5 days late. I'm so disappointed! And finally, there's already a crack on your white metallic bed...

The shipping costs are absolutely outrageous, the furniture is glorified garbage, basically Structube is just a joke. Please if anyone reads this, don't waste your money here. Go to a store that doesn't sell you slick looking furniture that will last less than a year.

The bed I bought looked good and was good quality, but the design for building wasn't the best. So just warning you, follow the instructions very well or you'll end up taking it apart countless times like us. All in all, I think 3 stars is rather generous for this product.

Awful customer service (store is fine but head office/customer service!!!)!! When our bed that we purchased (at the time) was less then a year old broke we reached out to the store. They unfortunately couldn't do anything in store for us so redirected us to customer service (which is understandable!). We were able to get a hold of them, send pictures, proof of receipt, and they sent a replacement part (as it was clearly just a defective part). Once received we took the bed apart, and then opened the box to realize they sent us the wrong colour. This was upsetting, but we thought it wouldn't be a problem since they were so easy to deal with the first time. Wrong. Since then we have been IGNORED by phone calls, and multiple emails. We also reached via social media, and also was told 'that they were going to send a replacement part right away', which we did not receive (not that we were expecting since they did not ask us ur order number, or address or ANYTHING). Now we're stuck with a broken bed, and huge wrong part we have to dispose of. We might not have been as upset if this wasn't a bed that we have to use everyday. Warning to not buy from them!!! Furniture is cheap for a reason!! We would have been fine with a new bed, or store credit, just a resolution!! We've been trying to resolve this for three months now. Take your money else here.

I have always had a great experience at this store! I have taken both my 1 year old in a stroller and my 6 year old who loves to model on the beautiful furniture - not once have I felt unwelcome because of my little monkeys. In face the manager gave my little one silk flowers to play with and touch while I looked around and asked my older daughter which furniture pieces she'd like one day! Overall a clean and bright atmosphere, with lots of inspiration without having to break the bank. Our next purchase will be a new bedroom set for our little one ðŸ‘ðŸ»
