We left as happy customers today, and it didn't even invoice any scare tactics or high-pressure dilemmas! We would highly recommend going with Trevor the sales consultant. Trevor did a great job with giving us enough space for us to discuss things privately, but he was also always close by for any sorts of questions we had (and we had a lot!). He was incredibly knowledgeable and forthcoming about an excellent upcoming sale. He also gave us the impression of being a very genuine and sincere person, which was a huge reason behind why we felt comfortable enough to make such a big purchase (at an amazing value!).

Excellent experience with Trevor to get a king set mattress, a king size box, a queen size box and a fantastic pillow. Trevor was very helpful. We almost decided to pick one mattress before seeing the flyer in store listing something else, Trevor honestly informed us he didn't have it in store and the only demo was in city south. We drove and saw it in Wharncliffe store but still came back placing the order with Trevor to show our appreciation. We would give 5 stars for his help. However, we are disappointed that the delivery staff refused to set up/took away the plastic covers, because we didn't include the metal frame within the order and they only did that for a "full" set. We know it is the policy, but we actually expected a little better service from brick for the money we spent on this mattress, and we paid extra $ for the delivery.

After visiting many mattress stores, I chose to buy at the Brick becuse of its many options, and an incredible sale this week. Vic, the employee that helped us, was also awesome. He helped us choose the best mattress for us and with the best price! I truly recommend this place.

I went in there and they were very helpful. Vic went over all my options and helped me get a good mattresses for a good price for my children. I phone the next day to add a box spring and Trevor was very helpful to get it done for me over the phone. Thanks you

The manager here is super. He only wanted for me to be happy with my purchase and stretched store policy to do so. I'm telling all my friends to buy their next mattress from Victor at The Brick
