I recently purchased a higher-end chair from Trad's. The manufacturer, meanwhile, was reluctant to make the product given that this particular design had been discontinued. The company actually wanted me to cancel the order! Trad's went into advocacy mode to protect my interests by taking on a major company on my behalf, convincing them to execute the order. This kind of support would not have happened at a big box store. In fact, this kind of customer service is a rarity with most retailers. They really did treat me like family. Thank you.

Best furniture store in London. The staff are the best. They were more worried about the style and function of furniture... rather than making a quick sale. Wish I had more rooms so I could buy more furniture from Trads.

Spent 2 hours helping me pick material for couch and chair. Love the choices. If you see something you like elsewhere, just get the number, and they can get it for you .....cheaper. They stand by their warranty. They repaired a recliner couch that was 6 months past warranty.
