*Update* This was changed from 1-2 stars because after this review, Biltmore got in touch and came to repair the bed. I'm happy it's usable again, but disappointed that it took at 1 star review to make it happen. ---- We bought a custom storage bed from Biltmore several years ago. From the start, we had issues that needed repair and the item was supposed to have a lifetime warranty. The company kept telling us that they would come pick it up - for YEARS - through three moves. Finally, they gave us a firm date and bailed at the last minute. So, we had to rent a truck (at our own cost) and bring it to them ourselves. They then kept it and never gave it back to us. So, we have part of a bed that costs us thousands of dollars and no feasible way to go forward. We may have to buy a new one. Terrible service! I am very disappointed because we went with this custom, made in Canada, bed that we thought would last us a lifetime.

I bought a Chesterfield 25 years ago with a slip cover from Biltmore Furniture. Today the piece is still beautiful. Wash Slip Cover each year and put it back on. I have 5 grandchildren who have also enjoy the furniture. May have cost more monies at the time. Pricey No

Odd and eclectic mix of tchotchkes from all over the world. A neat place to browse and get lost in if you're down in the distillery. Would definitely go back next time I'm in the area!

"Closed until further notice." Looks as if they're doing some construction. Would have been nice to read about it on their website, rather than go down there and read it on their door.
