I had a wonderful experience with Chris from Resource furniture ...I purchased a Murphy bed/wall unit and Chris was extremely professional and helpful . He reviewed all of the various items and allowed me to make my own decision based on the information that he provided..I did not feel pressure at all . Chris came and measured to make sure that the unit would fit the space that was identified for the Murphy bed ..He assisted in picking out the colours . When it arrived , the installers were very professional ,and I am more than pleased with the unit . It maximizes my small den beautifully and is more " beautiful " and functional than I had imagined. Everyone who visits ,comments positively on this piece of furniture . Although a pricey piece of furniture , it is well worth the money .

This place is awesome. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They came to our condo to measure and recommend finish and fabric options. They even did drawings and 3D renderings to show us what the sofa / wallbed system and table would look like in our condo. They made it easy to select a great product. The delivery came earlier than expected and the installation team was professional and easy to deal with. Thanks for everything !

Purchased a murphy bed to maximize the utility of our son's bedroom in our condo. Only store we could find with extra options such as a desk when the bed is folded up and with multiple orientations and shelving options/accessories. Costly item, but shopping around the final prices are very much in line with other businesses for this type of item. Yes, it took a few months to make and deliver but well worth the wait - the final result is fantastic. Our son raises and lowers the bed daily to convert his room from a bedroom to 'office' space. This is definitely more useful than just for an office with an option for guest sleeping - the bed goes up and down easily, smoothly and everything is very solid and well made. Very pleased!

If this company could have a negative integer then I would assign that. 10 months to get our furniture. Arrived with a flaw - Replacement piece chipped and finish worn in first month. No one returns your calls - even the owner. The smooth sales guy lies and lies. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. REPEAT AVOID THEM - RUN AWAY - FAR AWAY AND NEVER RETURN.

If you have a small condo in Toronto ( or anywhere) this specialty store will maximize the utilization of ALL your floor space. While the costs for their furniture isn't cheap, you just won't find this kind of well thought out and designed multi - use furniture anywhere else. And when it comes to your home, it's usually worth it to get beauty as well as form and function, no?
