This is the best furniture place I've ever bought something from. I wandered in a few months ago and ended up chatting with Warren about their gorgeous tables and other really interesting furniture pieces, Warren explained how some were made locally using reclaimed wood or environmentally responsible sourced woods, those maple and walnut beauties are stunning, if I had a bigger place I would have snapped up one of the dining room tables in a heartbeat. Prices are all super reasonable for the quality! Warren also told us how he actually visits the workshops in Asia and other places he gets furniture from, to make sure the workers are treated right, that was really great to hear! Really put my mind at ease. I also really like how every piece in the showroom was clearly labelled with where the piece was from, the materials and even how old it is. Literally each piece had a big clearly printed tag you'd have to be blind to miss. When Warren told me they do custom work as well, I was super excited because I was having trouble finding a bedside table for a very tight space with a certain height requirement - had to fit between bed and dresser but also be tall enough to leave space to store a suitcase. I brought Warren a sketch, we discussed materials and I paid a deposit. A few weeks later, my new table was done and it is PERFECT. Exactly the right dimensions, frame welded real nice with a lovely walnut top 👌👌👌 The commission process was completely painless, everyone treated me basically like family, and I'm already trying to figure out what else I can commission them to make for me. Just solid, dependable, talented people working at RusTeak. They know good furniture, they treat you right and the prices are amazing. Thanks so much Warren! ❤️

An absolute hidden gem of a store. They have very unique pieces to bring any space to life. Highly recommend for their custom made, one of a kind wood pieces. Stunning!!!

I bought two very nice pieces of furniture here. I requested a formal quote for delivery multiple times, and eventually extracted a verbal quote of "about $300" from the owner's assistant. When the delivery arrived, the price was modified upwards to $350. Since I'm a pushover, I could live with this would if it was at least done apologetically. But Warren (the owner, I believe) seemed to be in a particularly bad mood when he came to deliver my item. He made no eye contact, did not thank me for my business, and stormed off in a huff even after receiving the full payment demanded (without any friction, I might add). It was a childish display. I admit that everyone can have a bad day, but after being treated so miserably, I have enough self-respect to never shop here again. Your experience may differ. Good luck!

I bought a TV console from Rusteak and had it delivered. When Warren arrived, he immediately tried fixing the push-open door latch. He said it was because my floor was not perfectly flat so the latch would not work correctly, which to be honest, doesn't make sense at all. He hastily left without actually fixing the problem, and left it for me to fix. He told me I should try adjusting the height of the cabinet door, but turns out the latch was broken. When I tried to call them, the girl said she will have Warren return my call, but he never did. He knowingly delivered a TV console with a broken latch and left it for the customer to fix. Really disappointed in the customer service.

I rarely post reviews but I need to here. It is too bad that sinc people have had poor experiences with rusteak. However, a lot of complaints seem to be trusted to the source of some of their products (which they don't hide by the way, they are very clear as to the origin). What I will say is that we just ordered a custom, live-edge, coffee table a few weeks ago in maple Wood and it is fantastic. The shape, finish, and turnaround was awesome. We'll be going back for another piece soon and i think Warren's work needs to be properly commended here. First time customer by the way so I don't believe i have any bias.
