Horible, horible, horible couch quality. I've sat on park benches that were more comfortable. I wouldn't take one of their couches for free. Do yourself a favour and spend a little bit more at CB2 or West Elm

Customer service is the best I experienced in the city. The lady with Tatoo spend long time explained to us such like material and design. Diffidently recommend.

Awesome selection of quality, timeless furniture vs. some of the more trendy places nearby. Prices are very reasonable for the immense quality you're getting. Staff was very helpful and professional, making great recommendations without being pushy. Also a big fan of being encouraged to hang out in an Eames lounger for a while. Oh and the merimekko corner is great :)

Our recent interaction with Nelia has been great. Overall excellent experience. They easily processed price adjustment when the couch went on sale. The delivery was on time and hassle free.We found what we had been looking for the longest time -sectional that comes in two parts due to narrow stair case in our apartment.
