I bought 2 things here, and deeply regret it. Not because I don't like what I bought [hopefully one day I'll even get to see them in person], but because customer service here is literally the worst I've ever experienced. When we went to purchase our items, I wandered the store looking for help for what felt like an unreasonably long time - I couldn't find anyone on the floor. When I did finally manage to convince someone [as others have noted, they were all gathered behind the cash doing nothing and refusing eye contact], they stopped to chat with another employee before walking with me. Not about work - just about the weekend. Once we'd actually put the order through, we were told delivery would be in 3 weeks from date of purchase. At the 3 week mark I called, was told that no one should have ever told me that because it's typically 6 weeks. When I called at 6 weeks, they said sometimes it takes 8. It is now 9 and I've yet to hear anything at all. I would love to actually speak to someone at West Elm, but no one has answered the phone in the last 2 days. Just don't bother with this location. I don't know what others are like, but I can tell you THIS one is trash.

5 stars for the store and the items. HOWEVER Is it just me or every time, anytime you call the store you can't speak to someone? Last time I had to call NY to get help with an item... For this particular store ($$$$), service should be impeccable. If you have a customer on the floor, excuse yourself for 1 minute, take the call, tell them you have someone on the floor, ask for a number and name, and call back!!!! At least!!!

ABSOLUTELY AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE. TOOK 4 WEEKS TO SEND AN ITEM THAT WAS IN STOCK AND AVAILABLE. THAN ALL THEY SENT WAS THE DUVET COVER, NOT THE SHAMS. WHEN I CALLED TO COMPLAIN I WAS GIVEN SOME BS ANSWER THAT THEIR DUVET COVERS DONT COME WITH SHAMS. YOU HAVE TO ORDER THEM SEPARATELY. THEIR WEBSITE SAYS ‘DUVET SET + SHAMS’ - NOWHERE DOES IT SAY YOU HAVE TO ORDER THE SHAMS SEPARATELY. THAN IN ORDER TO GET MY MONEY BACK, I MUST SPEND MY OWN MONEY TO SHIP IT BACK TO THE COMPANY. IVE NEVER BEEN SO UNDER APPRECIATED BY A COMPANY. NEVER HAVE I HAD AN ISSUE ORDERING ANYTHING ONLINE IN THIS REGARD. DO NOT SHOP AT WEST ELM. IF YOU WANT EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE GO TO STRUCTUBE. FRACTION OF THE PRICE AND NOT NEARLY AS MANY ISSUES! I GIVE WEST ELM AS A COMPANY 0 STARS. BUT UNFORTUNATELY HERE, YOU HAVE TO CLICK AT LEAST ONE STAR.

Lovely stuff and a great store to browse around, but when they advertise 20% off everything and then you get home with the frames you purchased and the price sticker has been stuck over the original sticker which was $10 less, you get a proper sour feeling. Not nice to be so blatantly duped by retailers!

Nice location, lots of variety of different things like plants and fridges etc. They carry SMEG here along with their own branded items. Nice place to pick up anything home related.
