WORST AFTER SALES SERVICE AND DELIVERY! We purchased a few items from the store and paid upfront ($125) for delivery within the same city as the store (Toronto). On the day of delivery they forgot to send in one of the items. The following week we followed up ourselves and then they sent in the item. When the bench (a heavy wooden bench with heavy metal legs) arrived at our home, they told us the legs are a bit shaky and you can fix this yourself. My husband requested if they can do it for us since we don’t have the appropriate tools for the screws attached. They just quickly wrapped up the conversation and said oh it’ll be easy. It’s been more than an hour since they left and we’re still trying to unscrew the bench after which we’ll have to apply more pressure to join the legs back to the wooden plank. When you’re charging $125 for delivery, I definitely expect better after sales service from you! While we really liked the furniture at the store, I’m so not going back there!

This furniture store should have way more 5 star reviews. I went in there yesterday for the first time after I've been eyeing a quilt patch statement chair in the window for months! I always assumed the furniture in there would be crazy expensive because looking in from the windows everything looks so fancy and unique. I regret not going in sooner, the prices are literally amazing they have a ton of stuff on sale this weekend basically I would furnish my entire house with their stuff If I was able to. I definitely plan on going back for more stuff though. The sales associate service was amazing she helped me find the perfect side table to match with the chair she wasn't pushy at all just friendly. I am 100 hundred percent satisfied with my purchase and experience from there thank you!
