Horrible after sales service. Went to pick up a bookshelf, did not want to pay for delivery so I made my own arrangements at a fraction of the cost just to realize they only gave me half of the bookshelf. When I tried to negotiate having the other half delivered at home at a cheaper price (it was their mistake), not even on the house, they categorically refused. I spoke with a few staff over phone, and one of them actually blamed me for picking only half of the order. As if I know what's in the box. When I get my package and you say "here's your bookshelf" I'm expecting a bookshelf, not half of it. It's a shame cause they have good product, but the service and client retention policy is a joke. Anyways, here's your single star, since I can't leave half a star.

A great selection of modern affordable furnishings, that are designed for home, condo, or apartments. I find amazing pieces that I can mix in to create luxurious spaces.

Structube deletes honest reviews about their products! I posted this review on their website but they refused to put it up. I even told them that deleting reviews is sneaky business practice, but no response. What a joke! "Buyers beware: This table does not come sealed - it’s waxed. sales associate at the store I purchased it from failed to mention that when I asked. (Probably because she didn’t even know!) I had to send multiple emails to customer service before I got a straight answer about the fact that it hadn’t been sealed. Two seconds of an oil spill and it cost me over $100 in professional marble cleaning products to draw the stain out, and I had to drive an hour to go get the product. Now I have to strip the wax off the table top, so that I can seal it. It’s going to take me hours! If I knew I’d have to devote so much extra time and money on this table I wouldn’t have bought it."

WARNING!!! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM STRUCTUBE! I purchased a bed from their online store so that I could get delivery. 2 weeks after assembling the bed, the bed starts creaking. I email them to see what can be done, they ask to see a video. So I proceed to send them a video of the problem. For weeks I didn't hear back from them. The next email I get from them is that I never sent a video of proof of the defective bed. I email back, telling them if they look at the previous email that they would find it. Never heard back from them ever again over email. I call them, asking them what's going on, they said I never sent the video, I told them the same thing, look at previous emails. They look at the video then proceed to say it's not their policy to do anything since it was already opened and past the 7 day policy. I proceed to tell them IT'S A DEFECTIVE BED! My IKEA BED DIDN'T START CREAKING AFTER 10 YEARS! They proceed to tell me they will submit a claim and I'll hear back from them in a few days. THIS WHOLE CYCLE HAPPENED 3 TIMES OVER THE PHONE. SAME VICIOUS CYCLE OF THEM TELLING ME THAT THEY WILL DO SOMETHING AND GET BACK TO ME. I call them one last time, asking for them to help me because I still haven't heard back from the lady I talked to last - she said there's nothing they can do because it's their policy. I'M STUCK WITH A 600 DOLLAR BED THAT CREAKS AND IS VERY HORRIBLE QUALITY. YOU ARE BETTER OFF BUYING A 200 DOLLAR BED FROM IKEA!
