I ordered a bed from here that was custom about 3 years ago. It took them about 8 weeks to make it. I still love the bed and anyone who sees it compliments it. They can even arrange delivery for you. I didn't realize it but they will use your plans to sell more of the same. That's totally cool, I just didn't know that their bespoke furniture won't stay unique.

Great design and service at this store! I often come here just for inspiration because the showroom has such cool and eclectic brands - but I recently purchased a red velvet sofa my wife was bugging me about and it did not disappoint. I would definitely recommend their made to order sofa’s they are amazing. The customer service person was also very helpful and prompt.

The sales staff at Style Garage were great and then..... We bought the Gus Modern Jane bi-sectional in January and out of the gate realized that despite the price tag, the quality was horrible. I feel it's important to note that while Style Garage is a CANADIAN company as is Gus Modern; the Gus furniture is made in China. The sectional looks great and would make a great staging piece if selling your house. Customer service refused to do anything and suggested I put a board under the sagging part. They were condesending enough that I walked away and now I'm here.....telling you about my experience to hopefully save you time, aggravation and $$$

After driving 2 hours out of our way to pick up an item from Style Garage’s warehouse, we discovered the item was smashed when we opened the box. Not only was the item smashed, but the box had been opened, the item unwrapped, inspected and then placed back into the box (still unwrapped) and then taped up again. I immediately notified staff at style garage who right away treated the situation like they were doing me a favor by getting one that was not destroyed. Telling me they would “see what we can work out” with their supplier. When I asked if they would also be covering the shipping since I already did my part to get the first one, they not only refused, but also explained that even if I had paid for shipping of the broken item, I would have to pay again ($280)! Only company on earth that charges for replacing damaged items.. Once I pressed them on that policy I was told point blank that they believed that I was the person who damaged the item. Completely taken aback, I changed my plans to furnish my home extensively with anything from this store. All of their items can be purchased elsewhere from people who have a clue about customer service.

service attendants at the store by Ossignton are just clueless; lots of their product's quality is not great for what they pretend to offer.
