After a rough delivery and less than satisfactory service from the service centre team, it was Tanya that really went above and beyond to help me. Not only was she friendly and professional but also worked efficiently to order my new table and have the damaged one returned easily. I would definitely return to this location as a result.

The best location ever. It is small but well organized and they have a decent amount on display. The staff are what make this location as good as it is. They are friendly and helpful. They give honest opinions and make suggestions that actually help you, they listen and are considerate of your budget. Will be coming back to this location to place orders.

The workers there are rude to customers. I have been there twice to purchase items for my home, however, I had horrible experiences with both visits. I hope the manager will improve their HR and workers training to bring out better services.

Poor quality, poorer replacement process. Bought a couch that I liked, and a few months later the springs fell out of the bottom, and pushed through the top. Since it was under warranty, I called to have it replaced. I had to call three separate times as the first time they forgot to write down my details, and the second time they forgot to call me back. Finally, they asked me to send them an email with pictures. Three days later, a "repair man" arrived at my house to confirm it was broken. He spent 5 hours in my home, only to tell us it was unfixable. The couch was discontinued, and because I bought it on sale, I was told that I would need to pay more to receive a couch of equal quality. Which is fine, but does show they do not stand behind the quality of their product at all. I asked if I could discuss this with the regional manager and was told no. So, we went to the store, and were told that all we had to do was pay the difference, and a new couch would be delivered. I had to go to a store one hour away from where I bought, to try the new couch I was interested in. Once we found one, we went to the store and told that we could not just pay the difference, we had to pay the full price of the new couch, and would be refunded once the old one was exchanged. We were given a bag to put the old one in. On the day of exchange, I had to disassemble the couch, and struggle to put it into a bag, that turned out to not fit as the couch was two pieces and they gave me one bag. When I called structube, they said the company could not pick it up unless both pieces were in a bag, but they would call the company to see if there was an exception and let me know. I didnt know what to do, as the couch was on the way, so I called the store 3 times to see if they had contacted the company yet, and they said they were waiting to hear back each time. Finally, I called the delivery company myself and they helped solve the problem. They told me that they had responded to structube an hour before I had called the store the last time. But, structube at no point contacted me. The whole return process has taken 12+ hours total of my time. Sturctube paid a contractor $200 to waste my time, and not fix my couch. Then charged me more money to get an equal quality couch. Plus, they gave me the wrong information on three separate occasions, and never once called me back when they said they would. I've already convinced many friends not to bother with this place. It looks good at first, but if something goes wrong, prepare to spend weeks getting it sorted out. And do not expect them to call you back.

Better customer service at this showroom than the other ones I've called and visited. They have a nice and affordable selection. Simple yet elegant. Perfect for condos.
