I love this store. The staff, the prices, the experience. Not too sure why its only rated 3.3. Should be 5 outta 5.

If I could give this store no stars I would. I had the worst experience at this location. This was my first time at this store. I was in the store on Saturday, June 23rd to purchase a Queen bed set. I was going to try to go through their financing with Desjardin bank. When the man tried to submit my application the bank was having technical issues. I understand that can happen. The manager (I assume she was the manager) came over and called the bank to confirm. They apologized and said they would continue to try and call me when they were able to submit (I also put $100 down). I went home and received a called around 2:30 from the gentlemen I was originally dealing with who stated the banks system was still down and it would be either later on that day or Sunday. I was fine with that. Sunday came and went and I still did not receive a call. I went into the store on Monday around noon and the lady manager was working and I walked in and said I wanted my money back as I was supposed to get a call the day before and never did. She said "he told me he called you". Didn't really apologize or anything, just told me the financing was denied and returned my money. She was not very pleasant to deal with. If they had of just called me to explain I would have been fine. I actually was still going to purchase the bed even if I didn't get the financing. I was going to ask that they put the $100 I had already put down and had another $300 to give and was just going to put it on lay away, but since they didn't call and the lady was somewhat rude I decided to take my business else where. This was not a good first impression and I will never return to this store and if I am asked by anyone I know, I will tell them to avoid at all costs. Went to Teppermans and got a better bed for $300 cheaper with 0% financing.

ZERO STARS. They scam you out of money and out of equipment. I made sure of everything I was getting before delivery day and I spent closer to 2000. Had to take my sofa off(648 + the warranty $99) and was told I only have 300 of store credit? (Was also told if I changed my mind about something I’d get my money back no problem). Didn’t receive my headboard and was to pay for it out of my store credit. Manager couldn’t even point out what was what on my account but steadily was defensive and would not help me! Just would say that the previous employees ( who I’ve dealt with the entire time and were aware and showed me everything I was paying for) were fired? She gave me a free picture.. thanks. Literally got scammed out of at least 500 dollars. Believe it or not there’s more bs but I’m sure you get the picture. WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND ****

Used to work for the warehouse as a sales advocate. It's a completely unbecoming job. Very shady business and not willing to accommodate staffs needs. Upon employment registration they lie about wage and commission but instead tell after coming aboard there team it is draw based only. Not willing to accommodate if you have children. Quit to point the blame and very neglectful.of staff. The product sold is falsely advertised at insanely high prices They do not sell leather but durablend which is not real leather. The fabric is cheap and most "wood" material in store is cheap wood like plywood or melasyn hard wood. That or a condense plastic I do not recommend this store to any one. As over all its just a bad business run.very poorly couldn't see it lasting more then a year

Dry, shady, too pushy, all the stuff is fake. Manager there is rude, obnoxious, doesn't know how to run a store and rips people off constantly. Talks down to her employees in front of customers, bullies them, condescends customers when shes in the wrong. Takes her employees sales so she can reach monthly goal. Manager there doesn't dress professional, nor act professional. Shes extremely immature. Doesn't listen to customers wants and needs. Not a place I'd ever go to again. Completely unwelcomed and I dont like being followed like a puppy dog when I'm trying to shop. Won't last long.
