HORRIBLE, UNPROFESSIONAL, AND RUDE!! I made a purchase online and this was my assigned store. I have NEVER been so disrespected in my entire life. I called the store two days after I placed my order online and spoke to the GM Rick. He told me the truck would arrive the following week Tuesday and once it did arrive he would call me to schedule delivery, I would need to provide proof of residency, income and identification. Fast forward to Tuesday the date the truck was scheduled to arrive; I call the store around 11am to confirm what the acceptable items would be (id, check stub, bill?) as soon as the store rep picked up the phone and I began to provide my name and confirmation number she cut me off and said "it doesn't even matter because our truck isn't here anyways, we will call you after 3pm". Her tone and the fact that she did not allow me to finish my question rubbed me the wrong way. So I immediately called the store back and requested to speak to the manager, the sales rep replied and said "he's unloading the truck so he can't come to the phone". This was strange to me considering that I was just advised that the truck was not there yet. I then contacted the "Customer solution center" spoke to representative Marlon, expressed my grievance and his solution was to "cancel" my order. I was advised that my money would be refunded to my card and that I would receive an email confirming the cancellation. Five minutes later Marlon called me back and said he cannot cancel the order because my merchandise had already been delivered to the store so I would have to drive in personally, cancel my order and get my refund. Mind you the purpose of me placing the order online was to avoid going into the store in the first place. I then asked for a call center supervisor and they created a "work order ticket" told me that I would receive a phone call in the next 48 hours. I still have yet to speak to anyone. Customer Service nor retaining customers is not a priority for this location. I'm extremely disappointed with this entire experience
