My car seat handle broke, not their fault. But when I called them they told me it was no problem to come in and they would exchange it. When I got there they told me there was nothing they could do. I askd why on earth they told me to come in and they had nothing to say. Previously I have only had good experiences, so I am very disappointed.

Went in to pick up a gift for my sil shower. They were very helpful. I could not find item on registry and they took the time to help me.

People only really ever do reviews when things are either really good or really bad. Yesterday my experience was honestly great! As I walked throughout the store I was greeted by staff members and asked in a non-invase but actually very kind and helful way if I needed help looking for anything, or if I had any questions. The approach each time was always so genuine and the help was actually very useful. Staff had a lot of knowledge about the store layout and about each product. Way to go Buy Buy Baby. One happy customer and momma here!

We recently were in to select our baby registry items. The consultant, Sammy was awesome to deal with. She never pushed us on a certain product and was patient with us and full of knowledge. I never felt stressed and it was actually a really fun experience [which it should be!]. I would highly recommend Buy Buy Baby and go see Sammy!
