Painful customer service. Mandatory delivery fee of $80 that isn't disclosed in the displayed price until you get to the cash. The store doesn't have the contact info for the delivery company being used so if any issues arise during the delivery process you are on your own.

I bought 2 sofas and one dining table at this location. The product are great but the servie could be better. Both time I went, I had to go to the salesperson to get help/service. However, the salesperson who helps me was friendly and very helpful. He made me think of details that I had not thought of and recommended me sofas that better fit my needs. There were a lot of boxes on the floor which can make it difficult to see some of the products they have. I compared the prices with other stores and Structube has more competitive prices. The delivery was fast for the furniture that were in stock and the delivery guys were professional. I would recommend Structube, but do not expect the salesperson to come to you; go to them.

Bought a coach 3 weeks ago which is now fuzzing due to poor quality and they try to blame it on me, like come on 3 weeks!. They refuse to honor their warranty even though it is clearly a product defect. Stay away from structube, when I called them to return it they told me they had a 7 day return policy which I was never informed of as well...

Cool products, but not always in stock. Worth checking out though!

I like structube furniture and accessories but I really dislike the company. I find the sale prices to be false; I bought a painting for $89 and it said online it was "on sale", after ordering in store and receiving, there was a sticker for regular price of $89 on it. My mom had the same experience as me. Another time I purchased a full price pre assembled piece and it was damaged; when I went to get it, it was completely wrapped up in plastic, and to return I could not remove wrapping.... If I had opportunity to see it before buying it and if paid a discount it would have been ok....anyway bad store but nice stuff.
