Picked up a bunkbed from here, the beds are solid and comfortable, the setup was well done and they cleaned up after.

Oct 18 Edit: Sleepy Hollow has been wonderful at responding to my concerns, below. They came out to my home to look at the chair and brought the cushions from the showroom to compare. It turns out that the cushions we recieved were not as thick or as dense as those we had tried in the showroom, and Dutalier will be replacing the cushions in 2 to 3 weeks. Also, I have learned that it is essential to use the lock chair function to help keep people in my home safe from tipping this chair over. * Oct 11 post: I wish I had not purchased my Dutalier Rocker Glider + ottoman. It is a dangerous, poor quality product with poor customer service. The number of reasons I hate this chair are numerous, but what everyone needs to know is these chairs are a safety hazard: I was shocked when the chair flipped over while my mother was carrying our infant son as went to get out of the chair - she was thrown to her knees, bent over on the floor with the chair on her back, I had to rush over to move the chair off of her so she could get up. Thank god she didnt let go of our infant, still clutched to her chest - he could have been seriously hurt, or worse. A few weeks later it flipped on a friends' six year old. This is NOT OK. Dutaliers response through the store was "they dont know of any issues with the chair". It makes me ashamed everytime I need to caution new comers to our house to be careful. Sadly, this isnt the only reason I deeply regret this purchase. It was big pain to assemble, it has several poor design elements which mean you need to adjust the cushions every time with two hands and it takes two people to seat anyone in it safely. For both my partner and I (average height and weights) it requres extra cusions for lower back, side arms, and also under the seat as the cushion packs down and makes my butt go numb. It is 3am, and I just finished an awkward and uncomfortable session gliding in the chair, prior to which I had ro put down my screamig and sad baby so that I could fix the chair to get into it, and like many nights over the last three months I spent an hour regretting my purchase when all I want is to focus on my child. I am sacrificing valuabe sleep to finally write this review, but I cant keep putting it off. Prior to our purchase I really did my research, shopped around and read glowing dutalier reviews. My partner and I both went and sat in the chairs in the store room and picked one that felt comfortable immediately to both of us, we thought it was great. The service at the store was very good, they were attentive, patient, and answered all of our questions. The price was more than I wanted to pay, but I was willing to pay this premium price for a quality product that would be something we appreciated in the wee hours of the morning. I have never been so wrong about any purchase. The shipped product never quite felt like the storeroom model to either of us. The back, neck, and seat cushions have never been as comfortable as what we recalled trying. (We didnt have time to get back to the store to do a comparison as the chair arrived a week or two late and we only had a few days before baby arrived.) To go back I would get a different rocker glider, possibly a lazy boy or something with a heavier base, more padding, and 1/4 of the cost. I am an exhausted first time mom with a challenging child, and have been back and forth with the store several times via phone and email, but I only have so much energy for this right now. Once I have more sleep I will do more to ensure Dutalier recognises the design flaws with this chair, and hopefully will one day soon be rid of this chair in my life.

We bought a crib/conversion bed and quilt. The crib is made in Canada and solid wood and the quilt looks homemade. The quality is extraordinary. Then we went back for a king size bed and it is absolutely stunning, like the crib.

Excellent quality furniture and very knowledgeable and nice staff. Can answer any questions and are not pushy to make a sale.
