I can’t stop talking about the customer service of Amanda. She is amazing, helpful and very patient. She helped us select the perfect sectional Sofa and was very knowledgeable about the different brands, warranty and long term longevity of each sofa. I would recommend her and Sofa world as well. Everyone there is friendly and make sure you are comfortable. I have to recommend them if you are thinking about them just go and check them out.

We bought our custom sectional sofa from Sofa world Merivale and overall I am really satisfied with my purchase. Tyler helped us throughout the process and he was very patient & knowledgeable, guided us to the right sofa & size. Delivery guys were very gentle as well, they delivered & installed it without damaging anything :p Just there is small fold on one cushion which I am following up with service team, but rest everything is great. Would highly recommend this location and Tyler for ur future purchases.

I had a really great experience at the Sofa World on Merivale. Chantal took her time to go through different options with me and was very patient. We were able to pick out the perfect couch to fit my first apartment! Overall highly satisfied with the customer service.

Excellent service! Can be customised to any colour and structural design. Most importantly, best prices you’ll find in Ottawa for couches. They carry Palliser brand for leather sofas. The store at merivale has professional service with friendly staff.

I had an excellent experience with Sofa World, and I highly recommend them for anyone in the market for new furniture. Tyler and Amanda were incredibly helpful in guiding me through the selection and delivery process, and their expertise and friendly demeanour made it a pleasure to shop with them. The real test of a company's commitment to customer service comes when something doesn't go as planned, and I have to say that Sofa World passed with flying colors. When my couch didn't fit through the basement entryway on the first delivery attempt, the delivery team went above and beyond to make sure that it got to my rec room. They literally came back a second time, to try to fit the couch into my desired location. I can't thank them enough for their hard work and dedication to ensuring that I was satisfied with my purchase. Overall, I had a wonderful experience shopping at Sofa World. Tyler, Amanda, and the delivery team are an amazing team to work with, and I am thrilled with the quality of the couch and the level of service I received. If you're in the market for furniture, I highly recommend Sofa World!
