Palace Furniture Gallery is an excellent place to buy your furniture from. The quality of the furniture combined with the customer service is the best you will find anywhere. They go out of their way to make you feel like a valued customer.

WOW... Worst service ever I saw it in a customer service. The thing which chocked me up that the bad and unprofessional service wasn't from the employees but it was from the (OWNER ) of the store. I bought a dining table from this store ,I was fantastic ,every body from my family liked it . When we assembled the dining table, we realize that it was some scratches on it. I went next day to explain for them about the defect ,the employees were helpful and they told me to talk to the owner which he has the last decision. It was the shock when I started to talk to him ( as an owner) he was very harsh and talking to me without any respect . It started when I told him about the scratches on the table ,he told me that already I got good price on it ,I told him that good price doesn't mean have scratches on the New item ,then he started aggressively talked to me which shocked me and offended me and push me to tell him that this kind of behaviour doesn't encourage me to make a refer to your store,again he was harshly responded that he doesn't want a customer like me or from my side which shocked me more again from the OWNER of the store. It was first bad experience I could say I got it ,I'm not here to advice people go or don't go to this store,but after I read some of the reviews , and after i did some calls to tell them what happened to me ,some of their answers was veey clear that this owner very rude and unpolite ,then i realize that there is some thing wrong going there. My next step will be contact the (Canada Business berau ) to tell them what happened, because I think this kind of people should be sent to special course how to deal with the customers (Respectful and Harassment course). I know it was a long article, but I promised myself to share it with the public for the general benefit of the people. Thanks

For those eccentric, Stately taste with a large home. Many styles. Staff was not pushy and let you have your space. Definitely forever furniture. A must see when you are doing some serious purchasing. It's not Ikea folks.

Fantastic customer service from the Ram, the owner and his daughter Mega. They gave us a great deal on solid maple dresser. Delivery crew were quick and efficient. The other sale people's customer service skills could use a little work though.
