My husband and I spent a lot of time deciding what we wanted for a new chesterfield set. Having dealt with Tugg's for over 5 years, we could not have been any happier with the selection and service from both Carol and Liza. You have helped us make our home a little bit nicer. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

My husband and I bought a sofa and armchair from this store about 1 year ago. We are very disappointed in the sofa which we expressed to the staff on a couple occasions, even driving out to Cobourg from Oshawa on one occasion. The sofa sinks in the middle and the fabric was pulling after a few months. A promise to send out a "furniture doctor proved fruitless. We are both pensioners and are so disappointed by this purchase.

LONG-LASTING CHESTERFIELD SET. We can't believe that we still have this set. It is a brown micro-suede multi-buttoned couch that we still use on a daily basis for now over 40 years!! Thought it would be nice to share with you the high quality of this product and how comfortable it still is. K. Lord
