Friendly and helpful service in store. Convenient after hours delivery to my door.

Can you believe it - Gaston delivered furniture, 7 HOURS north of Midland! Granted, he was attending a family reunion, however, he refused any payment. When one piece of furniture needed replacing, he had it waiting for us in-store. Completely satisfied, and impressed.

The owner was very rude to a friend of mine, being racist towards her as a First Nations woman. He is very ignorant about Canadian history and yelled at her about paying taxes, which FN people do! I am disgusted that this kind of white supremacy and colonial racism and hatred is being spewed giving the good town of Midland a bad name. So sorry this man is a Canadian. Shameful. He owes her a huge apology.

started out fine til delivery.purchased $3000 of bedroom furniture and accessories, linen etc.paid may rec'd furniture in june. dresser drawer smudged during construction.April the post under frame broke.owner would not exchange and said it was not a manufactures defect. poor quality frame and he demonstrated knowledge of such after i purchased. he leaned against it and showed how frail the post was. said it was my fault for moving the bed when i cleaned i should have lifted it. when they replaced the dresser drawer it did not close and he made and adjustment and it still stayed open and he said my floor was uneven...honestly i would not set foot back in store

My mom purchased a table and six chairs less then a year ago. She paid a lot of money. They have barely been used at all and they are falling apart. Table already needs to be re-finished.
