Very impressed with the quality of the piece. The store was super easy to deal with and fast on communication, even texting photos to clarify questions I had. The piece was shipped in under a week, door to door, and packaged extremely well. Zero damage whatsoever. All doors and drawers function beautifully.

Purchased the amalfi media console in natural finish. We absolutely love it! Great quality and finish. Definitely a piece that will last many many years. Salesperson was also very helpful and overall process was very easy. Delivery was quick and prompt. We would highly recommend Urban Woodcraft to friends.

Be careful ! Check all they said. The salesperson told me a shelf is smaller than queen size, and would ship and move all up my stairs.So I ordered it, and a tabal and a canbinet together for my home office. But in fact it's bigger than he said and can't been move up stairs .so I called the campany and asked to cancel the order, and they agreed. The salesperson came back and refused to return all my money . I'll trying my best to get my money back . Feb21，2018 Hello Urban woodcraft. it's good to see your response. These are very clear and I repeaped many many times in the emails I sent to you: 1. I asked the size again and again , and I told the salesman I couldn't bought anything biger than queen size. He told me the shelf was smaller than queen size ,and confirm 2 times, but in fact it was bigger than queen size. He lied to me. 2.The salesman never told me it‘s a final sale. 3. There no any "final sale "sign in your show room. I have never agreed "final sale ". I asked you to share the vidio and telephone record to me,why not? 4. I told you if the shelf couldn't move up stairs, I could buy nothing when I found the size was wrong. You told me it's free to cancel the whole order. In the next morning you agreed my cancelation. It's done! Please return all my money. It's unfair that customers pay for seller's lie. If you win, it means the seller can lie to the customer. Further information: On Apr11th ,2018 Trail was commenced in the court at the town of Richmond Hill. On May 11th, 2018 The Judge signed the Judgement. Urban woodcraft should return me all my money+$500 cost+ post-judgement interest. But they didn't pay me till now. Sep10 2018 The week before last week, the salesperson told me they would pay me the next week but if I didn't move these comments he was not sure when would pay me. They did didn't pay me last week , so, what the salesperson said looks true. Nov 22, 2018 Finnally, 3 weeks ago, I received a cheque before I was gonging to the court again. But the payment was insufficient. Uban Woodcraft still needs to pay me $226.10 refound + $500 court fee+ interest=$726+ interest( the interest is from the judgement to the pay day). I wrote to the salesman, customer service and the manager , but no respons . Hope the store show some respect to the judgement!
