I only spent a couple of minutes in here, but you know when a place rubs you the wrong way from the second you walk in the door. I will say that they had a good selection, just nothing that appealed me. It was all pretentious, overpriced, fluff. In light of the fact that the owner felt the need to reply to this review, I will add this: in fairness, I was probably biased when I went into this place having read the reviews on Yelp. Most of what I read was confirmed by the fact that no one greeted us when we walked in, the space felt very much like a warehouse, and the "design consultants" only seemed interested in our presence when we were leaving. As for taking the time to "really look through the showroom," we walked through the entire place (again, not one person spoke to us). The only items we found interesting, we had seen at other stores for lower prices. The real problem with this place is that it is a furniture warehouse with salespeople they call "design consultants." The next store we went to had a salesperson greet us at the door, say that he was assisting another customer (without an ongoing relationship, it's not a client), but would be with us as soon as he could, and invited us to look around in the interim. Because of this, we stayed for far longer than I wanted to and spent twice as much as we had planned on spending; but we got great service and a great product. And, when I got home and Googled the line of bar stools that we bought, the price was pretty much the same as everywhere else. Don't worry Mr./Ms. Chair Source. I will take this review down some time soon, but your over-priced warehouse of "design consultants" was not the kind of SALES experience I look for. I want honest salespeople who know their product and don't pretend to be something they're not, trying to sell things I can get elsewhere for 20%-30% less.

I bought four beautiful white "swan chairs". Marta was very helpful in both style and colour suggestions for my kitchen. I felt that she really cared about the overall look and design. I did have an issue with my stools when they arrived; however Marta and Management quickly resolved my problem. My beautiful and functional stools fit perfectly into my space! Highly recommend. Thanks, Roberta
