Don’t waste your time. Zero customer service. Rude staff. Do not even wear masks when assisting customers. Stay away

Recently, my parents purchased a whole bedroom set from these guys. When the furniture was delivered and we tried to assemble it, we discovered that a few pieces from the bed didn't fit. So my parents returned to the store explaining the situation, that they received one wrong box that belongs to a different bedroom set. In return, they were told that they don't know what they are talking about and should have taken advantage of hiring a team from the store to assemble everything. My father and I have always assembled all of the furniture at home and got pretty good at it, and this set was super simple and didn't require any special tools or methods. They continued to accuse my parents that they are wrong getting aggressive and loud. Arguing and refusing to even investigate the situation. My parents left the store that day with nothing resolved and stuck with a wrong bed piece that my father has decided to customize so it can fit. The disappointing part is that my parents have purchased several other furniture pieces from this store before this incident. Also have referred several friends, but after that incident they will NEVER return because they simply don't care about you as soon as you pay. Zero customer service even if it's their fault. At least investigate before accusing and blaming. DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE!

Prices are much better than in other stores and also great selection of very nice furniture.

After three months of wait they brought a chest instead of a dresser. The "so called manager" claims that we signed a contract - we should have been more cautious of what we signed. The sales person added the wrong item (same price item) to the order. Very frustrating, specially management experience. Have 10 emails showing our discussion was about a dresser not a chest - usually you get compensated and you hear apologies. NO - you get lecture on how you should be more cautions when you buy items!!

Great experience. I have purchased all of my condo furniture from this store and love the way my place looks. The delivery guys took the time to put the furniture together and I have had zero issues.
