Needed a replacement part for a futon I had purchased years ago, they helped me find the right part very quickly

5 stars is almost not enough for this family owned store. The owner Greg is just the best: informative, friendly, funny and above all, fair. He makes one feel right at home in his comfortable store which has been in his family, as well as in Waterloo, since the early 1980´s. There is a large selection of futons and the quality is excellent. The prices also were a nice surprise.

The products, owner, staff & overall service at this store are far superior to Futon Delight down the street. We bought a memory foam mattress and it's so comfortable and high quality. I've had experiences at both stores and can 100 % say I will never again shop at Futon Delight and will only recommend the Futon Shop.

I cannot say enough good things about the owner, Greg. I went in several times to inquire about a futon for my apartment, and each time he was so helpful and knowledgeable. I finally settled on a custom made futon that fits my needs perfectly! Greg was very thorough in explaining all of the different futon types, but wasn't pushy when it came to sales. Will definitely be returning and would highly recommend. Thanks, Greg!

Knowledgeable and kind. Very helpful. Ended up purchasing a futon mattress that actually feels like a mattress for a good price. They're also locally owned and made so support local business
