Bought a beautiful mission desk here. Staff were excellent to deal with. Love the desk. Only reason for four stars was a bit pricey, but outstanding quality (worth at least 4.5 stars overall).

This store came under new ownership and management Sept. 1/17. Since that time, the selection has increased and the showroom is full. The new owner and manager are delightful and always return phone calls and answer emails in a timely manner. I would recommend this store for sure.

The owner of this store truly cares about quality. We bought a bedroom suite and have been very happy with it. We priced it against wood n waters and the Mennonite Crafted furniture (owned by Truly Wood Furniture) was $1800 less for the same bedroom. Wood n waters has more selection, but why pay more there? This business has 2 stores in the London area, trails end farmers market, and at the Arva location. My sister bought from the farmers market location about 20 years ago, and she had a problem with one of her sliders in her table not working, and John went out and fixed it for FREE !! Who does that??? NO ONE !! If I could give them 10 stars I would. I now go visit John at the farmers market on the odd Saturday (only open Saturdays) just to say hi and chit chat, thats the kind of person he is, approachable, knowledgeable and someone who cares.
