Wonderful and friendly customer service! Great selection of floor samples to help guide your purchase. Boris is a wonderful sales manager! He took his time, never rushed us and explained everything to us! Wonderful experience!

I had issues with part of my order being back ordered about 2 months. I was tired of waiting and was told I could exchange. Suzanne the manager was more then helpful in finding an exchange that would work and be delivered the next day. the furniture is great quality and I would recommend this store.

IF you order beware: furniture DOESN’T last. I’ve been meaning to write for four months, but you know how time gets away from you. We purchased a leather sectional, tables and lamps not even three years ago. It was May 2016. We are very happy with the table, lamps, and oh yeah guest mattress but our leather sectional has been ripping at all seams! Coming apart and leaving large ugly holes. We’re very sad because it is ugly. I weigh less than 100 pounds and hubby is about 200 so it is not a weight issue. We purchased the warranty for the lamps but we’re not sure about the sectional. Please turn up brightness because it looks a lot worse in real life.

I went to several furniture stores before coming to Gardner White. They had the most variety and great prices. Very happy with my experience. Special thanks to my very helpful salesperson, Jeriel Woods. He was helpful and knowledgeable.

The gentleman that helped me with my purchase of a bed, was very helpful on every aspect of the transaction. Couldn't be anymore happier. Overall very good experience which is very surprising on the count of that I went in very irritated and left happy and pleased.
