Staff was extremely friendly. The quality of home goods was nice. Bad thing, it took too long to write up my order (about an hour). We were talked out of getting a free base for one mattress because it supposedly wasn't made well. The advertisement said sales tax was paid, but it couldn't be paid on one of the mattress I got because of the company. Yet it was not advertised like that (false advertising?). Also 65% off store wide but the mattress seemed overly expensive for a sale. Mattress had to be special ordered because of their size.

I always go to Gardner-White knowing I’m going to get good service, and working with Karen for my bedding needs was no different. Quick, attentive, helpful, and you could tell she was a sales person that enjoyed what she does, not just hitting a number. I will definitely return and definitely work with her again.

Attentive and efficient. Customer service was excellent and fun. Will definitely do the rest of my house shopping at Gardner White!! And Damon Smith was very good at his job.

Continues to provide great customer service. Me and my wife have bought a mattress, dining room table, and now added a mattress frame. Way better than Art Van furniture's customer service.
