Bryan was our sales person. He did a fantastic job! He answered every question we had, and made professional helpful recommendations that greatly aided us in making our purchases. The quality of products we purchased is good and delivery was quick and easy. Overall Bryan made the furniture buying process a very pleasant and easy one for us. I will be returning to Gardner-White for future furniture purchases.

My salesman Brian blank was awesome he took very good care of me. I was going through Art Van but he had deals that I couldn't pass up. He's a great salesman and not pushy and understanding I needed some time to think. I've had made two purchases now from him.

We would like to thank Bryan for making our visit to the Gardner-White store in Waterford a pleasant and productive one. We weren't so comfortable at the door, when we were greeted by a gentleman who proceeded to follow us around. We find this tactic so annoying that we almost left without even looking at what we went there for. Then Bryan walked in the room. He was very pleasant and did not bug us or follow us. We approached him when we were ready for some help with purchasing a new bed. He was extremely helpful and knew every detail we were looking for. He was non-judgemental and not afraid to share his own experiences with the products we were reviewing. It turned out, that Bryan was a Sales Manager. Gardner-White made an excellent choice. We ended up purchasing a split king bed with dual remotes, along with a new bed frame. We almost bought a new sectional couch, but the manufacturer had not released the configuration that will work in our living room yet. Thank you again, Bryan! You will be our "go to person" at Gardner-White from here on out.

I went to the GW store in Waterford and their service is amazing. I had two salesmen who were extremely attentive, Roy and William. The store manager John went above and beyond to accommodate me answering all my questions. Don't even get me started on the ladies in the office. The office manager took care of my entire order and made checkout a breeze, there was also another office attendant Linda who made some magic happen on her and of the stick because I was able to find the perfect bed for me. This by far was the greatest experience of my life.

Great salesman who wasn’t pushy and climbing on our backs to get a sale like the furniture store salesman next door did. He showed us where there may be items of interest to what we were looking for and then showed us the fantastic clearance center!! Absolutely wonderful experience!
