Not the best customer service. Went into this store knowing exactly what we were buying, easiest sale for a salesperson. No one came to help us until I asked at the counter. And even then, the man they directed us to tried to pawn us off to another salesman until my husband said we've been waiting a while. The salesperson we finally got had trouble speaking english but we made do with that, since he tried at least to speak english. The salesman was nice, but he was lost. When I asked the girl at the counter if they could remove my old sofa upon delivery, I was told yes and that she would write a note in my file. I called the delivery service to see if I could have it delivered earlier. Not only did they tell me they would deliver it 5 days later since they were all booked, but they told me there was no note in my file stating that they would remove my couch. Finally the delivery lady told me she could deliver it on the date I was originally told. But I had to call back this store to tell them to write it in my file that the delivery guys will pick up the couch. However, when I called the store back I was told that they do not remove couches, only appliances (what's the difference) and that it was a new person who told me this. Good thing I called back or I'd be stuck with 2 sofas in my living room. I hope this sofa gets delivered on the date I was told now. They all seem lost here.

Decent Prices. Horrible service - spent hours on hold - being transferred all over the place from Customer service to various stores throughout quebec. Very dis organized. they're payment plan options are fraudulent - without warning they billed the entire amount to my credit card rather than the agreed upon payment which cause a huge overage on my credit card and costed me a large amount in a fee - which Brault and Martineau didn't take responsibility for. Hugely displeased - and wouldn't recommend anyone shop there.

The salesman Denis Cote was extremely kind and courteous. He was the only staff member that approached me and offered me help, while the others were lounging on the sofas and talking amongst each other. Denis made my purchase extremely easy and quick and answered all my questions.

I WANT TO PUT ZERO ... Be sure to open the boxes when they deliver your Furnuiture. I got my living room with scratches and spots everywhere, when we call them to return it back , they said that they have to send technician to see , we re still waiting the technician since two weeks , no one gives us a call yet .. paid 2900$ to receive almost used furniture..

I ask question and all I got was reading of what appliances say example. One said true balance and that's all he read he didn't no much about much. I knew more about the machines. Just nice to follow up if I'm missing any thing but there missing way more. They should learn a little more especially when it comes to people that don't know anything about appliances.
