It is my pleasure to write a review for Water&Wellness. I had purchased a hot tub recently and the company had it delivered and the two who set it up were terrific. I went back to see Tammy to inform her I had made the wrong purchase. There was no problem in changing the hot tub and there was never any difficulties. I found Tammy to be very positive and only wanted to make it right. There was no fault here. They had to order the correct one and in the meantime I was told to use and enjoy the tub I had which I used for several weeks. They came back out and delivered the new tub, set it up again. There was no extra charge for them to come back and set the new one up. I am completely satisfied and overwhelmed with the customer service. A customer for life. Tim Wilson

So far so good. Sarah was great in explaining hot tubs to us as first time buyers. And if we had questions she couldn't answer, she found someone who could. Delivery was right on time, great guys. Can't wait to get into it.

We are now in our second week of thoroughly enjoying our Hydropool hot tub from Water and Wellness in Walkerton. We live in Stratford and heard other's great experiences dealing with Tammy at their office and we also enjoyed working with her and having the free delivery to Stratford. Our hot tub was just what we wanted, priced as agreed, all extras enjoyed, and delivered and set up on time and as anticipated. We look forward to continuing our relationship with W & W. Highest regards to Tammy and her colleagues! Many thanks. Greg and Norma
