I’m so impressed with the sales lady at the store. She was very knowledgeable, impressive in the time she took to make sure I had all the information I needed. Mary Danelon is a great sales person. I would recommend her to anyone. If you need a great person, go see Mary Danelon!

A LA-Z-Boy was delivered today. Deliverers were efficient, polite, and respectful, even took off their boots and wore masks! Very happy with my chair, too. Salesperson was patient and polite when I went to look for the chair. Time to wait for delivery wasn't long.

Selection of styles and fabrics were fantastic. Accents highlighted the ambiance of the furniture. The staff explained the options available and were attentive to my special needs. I will be visiting them again to complete another room in the Spring.

I went to this store this morning and was totally disappointed. I had gone to this establishment to buy a couch and had a urgent need to use the bathroom. I have ulcerative colitis and bathroom stops happen urgently without any notice. I was told I couldn't use there facilities and was told to go to a supermarket down the road. ... that's great company service. On a good note as I was so upset I went to another store and found what i wanted at 1/2 the price Thanks

While the furniture here is nice, the experience was not. Alterations (adding a swivel) to a 2,700$ chair were sub-par and additional charges very unreasonable.
