When we bought our couch from Phoenix we had great customer service and I loved that is was Canadian made, when the cushions cracked 3 years after and we wanted it repaired there was no customer service!! Called, E-mailed for 2 months with no reply, all we wanted to do was PAY to order new cushions from the manufacturer !! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, I will never buy anything from Phoenix again!!!!!

It's ironic business name is appropriate, as it would need to rise from the ashes of the poor customer service it has created. I left messages, emailed, called no one picking up during prime operational hours, it was like contacting your gypsi cousins in the caravan that show up every 10 years aka impossible. I give Pheonix you win!

I bought a beautiful custom bed. I was delighted I could pick the style and material and colour! I was told and invoiced it would be delivered 6-8 weeks. After 6 weeks, I called the store several times about our bed and every time they said, it would be soon! Finally on the 11th week, they thought it might be on the truck. It was finally delivered to me on the 12th week. The bed is beautiful and exactly what I ordered. The delivery was not in the time frame between 2-4pm as previously arranged, they were here at 5:30. I gave this a 2 star rating, because I anticipated having this bed 4 weeks ago and customer service simply said the manufacturer is very busy. They need to tell the customer, it is at least 10-12 weeks when they purchase this bed!. It can be a deciding factor. Although they are very friendly at the shop and the delivery and set up was fast. Sounds very similar to the previous reviews.

Hi Chad, you came in, ordered a $400.00 dining table which we got in right away and still have for you. You mentioned that your wife was worried about the square corner of the dining table because your child hurt themselves on your coffee table. I told you that all custom orders were final but because of your concerns I would make an exception and issue you a gift card for the $200.00 deposit that you put down. You took a while then came in and ordered a rug that was discontinued. You then said you wanted your money back so we returned it in full to you. We overlooked 2 of our policies for you. I'm sorry that you feel slighted by us but I don't understand. You are welcome back here anytime, I would love to talk this over with you. HI Christina, I'm sorry for the delay. Our bed manufacturer is a small shop and his time lines vary immensely. Tabitha's ( customer complaint below) was also from the same manufacturer. We have decided to not deal with them anymore. I have a gift card for you in the amount of $100.00. I hope this helps. We will also be offering you a substantial discount if you choose to try us again. Again I am very sorry for your bad experience. I'm sorry you feel I was rude when I insisted your husband apologize to my employee after he used inappropriate language. He apologized to her at which time I offered you the $100 gift card and also apologized for the 10 weeks time instead of 4-6. I hope we can try to make things up to you for that last delay. Hope to see you again.
