We ordered a sectional sofa in Dec of 2017, given the holidays the delivery date would note occur until Mid to late February 2018. At the beginning of March we called and were told that they would call us back with an update. No one called use even though we provided 2 phones. We called again and were told the fabric we choose was out of stock. OK why were we not told earlier. OOPPSS!!! We went to the store to choose a new fabric and after approximately 10 more days three alternative choose they were all out of stock. Our sales person was sick ???!!! The excuse was the fabric was very popular SORRY.. When we wanted to cancel because they could d not give a new estimated delivery date there was a lot of hmmm and gee I don't know , let me have a manager call you; which did not happen. A few calls to Casalife with a promise of return phone call , none of which materialized. JUST SAD!!!!! Product arrive in mid April and was damaged NO apologies, a take or leave situation. They just could not care less about customer service. By the way I noticed the review is being posted under my sons name but the product in was purchased by Patrick Mallon. Just in CASALIFE would like to try to appease a customer; butI I seriously doubt it .

Worst furniture shopping experience ever, will not be going back and have told all my friends and family. Casalife gave us a broken chair (3 out of the 4 legs were slanted so it rocked back and forth), had to re-order and was told it'll arrive in a week. Didn't end up receiving a chair until almost 5 months after numerous phone calls and emails to follow up. At $325/chair, we would of expected better customer service and a chair that "works".

visited the store in Etobicoke the last weekend, If I can provide less than a start I would, for the following reasons : A. When I ask the sales/staff for help felt it is a burden, they are not interested, and dismissive. B. The product is cheap product and I can tell by the price comparison it is over priced. Maybe cause I speak with an accent, maybe they didn't like how I look, maybe they don't think I would buy anything.

I've shopped at a lot of furniture stores, and I am always looking for good quality and unique looking pieces. This store has it all! It was fairly quiet the day that I came in, but it's a big warehouse with some display models on sale and some that you had to order in. I found the staff to be friendly and eager to help whenever I had any questions about the items. They have a few locations, but I prefer this one the best.

Customer service is virtually non existent here. Very strange vibe, they are not too interested in walk in customers. Heads up there is ZERO, ZIP, NO RETURN POLICY!!
