The Brick Mattress Store

My boyfriend and I came here last Saturday to buy a mattress. We had already been to Sleep Country and IKEA that day. We found they were either overselling or not really interested in selling at all. Needless to say we were tired and unsure if we were going to find a mattress that day. From the point that we walked into this store, everything was different. We were served by Carmella and found her to be incredibly helpful and kind. She offered the perfect combination of service - letting my boyfriend and I try the beds and discuss the choices between us while also answering all of our questions and pointing out key differences among the mattresses. We chose an amazing mattress at a really great price. Carmella also helped us pick out some really nice pillows and a mattress cover. The following week, Carmella called us (and we’re pretty sure it was her day off) to let us choose a delivery date. The mattress came today at the beginning of the window they advised us of and the people who delivered were incredibly friendly and helpful. They took the plastic off and put the mattress right on the bed. We are overjoyed by our new bed and our experience with The Brick Mattress Store! From start to finish, this was a really positive experience. Thank you!

We came to this store just because our friend suggested to check this place out. We already decided with the purchase from the other store, but we gave it shot. And that was actually very good that we did that as the quality of the products at The Brick are better. The customer service Carmella Angel provided was absolutely perfect, she suggested different options to save money and gave all the necessary information we needed. I highly recommend this store if you are looking for good deals and excellent service. I cannot say anything about the other employees, but if we need to buy anything else in this store, we will approach Carmella for sure!

Me and my partner went in this store yesterday since we saw online that they have sale for bedroom set. At first we notice that the store for that kind of business is kindda small and we might not find what we are looking for, but when Ms. Carmella Angel started assisting us she really exceed our expectations. Me and my partner is very lucky because she helped us a lot to decide, giving options, whats good and all that knowing that me and my partner is just starting to buy something for our place as our own investment. She is very well suited in her position, very knowledgeable, kind, honest and really sweet like a mother type person, very easy to deal with. We are super satisfied and happy even when we left the store already, we still have that smile in our face which only means that she provide excellent service. You deserve a two thumbs up Ms. Carmella Angel. Job well done!

This is the 2nd time I do my business at this little great Brick Store tucked away beside the big jiant Ikea in the area. You walk into this place, you feel welcomed and relaxed - THERE ARE SO MANY NICE MATTRESSES TO LAY DOWN ON is one reason to relax but thats not all. You will be met with this amazing store manager Mrs. Angel - a perfect fitting name. She is absolutely amazing and wonderful. I will recommand this store to anyone . I would like to share my experience working with Store Manager (The Queensway Brick, Etobicoke ) Carmella Angel. My story started 10 years ago when I bought my first mattress in The Queensway Brick. As many of others I don’t buy this kind of staff each week like food and b’s of that it was difficult to made decision what I really need – too many different brands and staff in store. Carmella serve me ( I see her name in my bill) and I remember she helped me too much to do right choice. I remember it b’s this it was expensive staff. She spent around 30 minutes showing me 3-4 mattresses which fitted to my requirements and finally I chose SEALY Posturepedic Firm support by her recommendation and by my budget. I was completely satisfied during 4 years until problem with manufacturer started. This year (after almost 10 years) I came in same Brick location and was surprised that Carmella still working here. I came other day when she was on duty and again she help me too much. She found out that my case with Sealy was lost and immediately open new one. She booked appointment (it was second appointment !) with SEALY representative again. But then happened one thing which push me fo rshare my experience here . Same day, she gave me a call around 10 PM. !!!! and let me know when SEALY representative came to my apartment. Never ever before from my past experience nobody care too much about me as a customer when I had problems. Imagine - she spent her own time after job hours to work with customer. She really cares about business. That was main reason why I decided to share my positive experience with her in this post. Normally, nowadays store clerks and especially Managers are too fat and too lazy to work with customers. We had to call them too many times and very often hard to reach them. But, it is not end of my story. SEALY visited me and ….. promised to call me in 10 days. Time gona end Sealy was quiet. I again visited Carmella and again she helped me - she find out that SEALY did nothing and start communicate with them to help me. It was not her responsibility! She just doing well her job. Other clerks, I’m sure, just would tell me – waitfor call from manufacturer! Carmella tries to help me. Guys, If you decided to by mattress in The Queensway Brick - check out when Carmella’s Angel shift and work with her. I think my experience will be helpful – she is real professional! If I’d be BRICK owner I’d put on this store logo – Best managed Brick store. I have another interesting story about warranty SEALY mattresses.
