He's lucky he even got one star from me I have been back and forth with this unprofessional businessman regarding my sofa beds. I ordered the first one it broke within two hours and I didn't even get to sleep on it. I paid 496 dollars and change for it and then he delivered another one that looked promising but from the moment my family of four sat on it for the first time it broke in half. His products are cheap and I am talking being at my house for 4 days only and breaking?! Then he had the nerve to tell me that he would see what he could do and if his repairman can come out tomorrow I said no I want a refund he said no because he does not know what we do on the furniture after it leaves his store. He ended up hanging up on me after I got upset with his response and he won't even return my money. I am a single mother of two little boys and I cannot believe that he would do something like this when I haven't even owned the furniture for 5 days
