Marina was the sales associate that attended to my husband and I. We walked into the store five minutes prior to closing and Marina welcomed us and allowed us to look around. From the start she was welcoming and never rushed us out of the store. We came back the following day and Marina gave us time to look around, while at the same time giving us information we needed to make our decision. She helped us with colour selections and gave us advice about the product and if it would be the right fit for us and our home. Marina made the experience of buying furniture so much easier and she does not pressure you. Much appreciated!! With her help we made a great purchase and we are looking forward to enjoying our new sofa and recliner. We will definitely shop here again!!! Great service and a vast amount of selection. And the furniture is extremely comfortable and great quality.

Tammy F., answer our incoming telephone call. Once we hung up---we new we called the right place for a recliner.Tammy, was knowledgeable, gave us direction and advice. Our family need was for a 95 year old. They had a model of chair that was excellent. Tammy was key to assisting us. After, purchase & delivery La-Z-Boy stood-out as a professional company. Helen, our 95 year old jewel was thrilled after the first day of this petite very comfortable recliner. Without question, La-Z- Boy is a retailer you can trust.

Derek Twyman was a helpful sales consultant who showed me 10 different options and was patient with me as I explained what I was looking for. I ended up getting a love seat with motorized recliner and hidden storage with cup holders all leather for $1800. Great deal I think.

Bought a couch from these clowns. When the delivery guy showed up he took one look and said that it wouldn't fit. Odd considering that I already had a similar sized couch down. To be fair, I used magic to get that one in there. Anyway, they told me that it would cost $400 to cut it into smaller pieces and reassemble it. This resulted in a huge hope and a refund. Thanks for nothing, Lay-Z-Boy.
