Really happy with the desk we ordered! However there is a staff member at this location who was unhelpful when we wanted to purchase our item and she was rude when we went to pickup- not the greatest sales or customer experience. The guy who helped us get the boxes into the car however was wonderful and great to work with!

We met a very helpful customer service rep and she helped us pick the carpet and drawer for our living room. Great selection of products!

I always have a pleasant experience when I shop at Urban Barn, they really know how put the customer first. All of the sales associates are charming and easy to talk too.

Great selection and options for reconfiguring your sofa of choice. Absolutely love the reasonable delivery fee and white glove service.
