This actually my first review ever!! I didn’t even have a google account before this, but seeing that so far I had a GREAT experience with this Pottery Barn Kids; I just could not resist. I contacted them over the phone and spoke customer service rep. by the Name of Mia. I called to inquire about a bed that was no longer available (discontinued) and she went above and beyond to find me one. She was amazing and I’m so happy since I really wanted that bed for my daughters. I only ordered today so I have not received it yet but I just had to express what a pleasant experience this was and I hope the rest of my experience with this order is as smooth.

Always the best service. If you're looking to splurge a little on something for your littles this place is my go to. I buy my son's their back packs and accessories here and they have a fantastic policy. Also great gifts for a baby shower, etc. Don't forget to take a look at their sale items.

Usually I love going into this place but my last visit there I purchased a gift card and a night light and there was no one to cash me out until this women came and seemed so bothered that she had to be there with zero smile and personality. I asked her to help me open the box of the night light so I could see it before spending $40 and they didn’t have any on display. She seemed so annoyed and my husband and myself were so uncomfortable. It was the longest and most awkward 5 minutes. I walked by there again today and saw her at the desk and decided not to go in the store. Someone like her should definitely not be working with customers.

Not sure if most of the staff enjoy working there, which reflects on their attitude towards customers. Not saying they were rude, but it made me feel not so welcomed shopping there. And we were sent between cashiers back and forth to check out when there were only three customers in line, the staff were quiet confused with which cash machine ti use and who to check out first, and it happened to me from multiple visits from this store.
