Really disappointed in the service here. The sales woman walked away from me right in the middle of discussing a purchase to call someone on the phone. The furniture is great and we've had good experiences before but I had every intention of buying in the store. Her treatment of me didn't turn me off the furniture but definitely off dealing with the sales team at the store. More reasons why people are flocking to online sales and away from brick and mortar stores.

I just walked in to browse around no intention of buying any thing but I got a wonderful salesperson to see what kind of reclining sofa and Love seat you had! I happen to look around with the salesperson who was very patient and not pusher very pleasant I was very comfortable looking around spent about an hour and a half then I ended up buying a sofa, matching lovesseat, and a carpet! Just waiting for delivery 📦! Now we can't wait for it to come. I'm think I will be satisfied with the product. Time will tell if everything I ordered will be what I saw in the store because one thing wasn't in stock so I wanted them together not what was in the store! Brand New

Dishonest customer service from “Sam.” He tells you to buy one item of his interest vs the one chosen by us, the customers (sneaky tactic to convince you it’s the RIGHT brand for you but in reality the one he pushed us to buy had plenty left in stock at the distribution centre and less of the one we expressed interest in). After spending a good 1.5hrs with this salesperson, he then surprises us with a delivery time frame of 3 weeks vs the “one week maximum” he convinced us with earlier on when we first saw the item of interest. He then tells me he can deliver it to the store and I could come pick it up myself (when the label specified “free delivery” with purchase). He also goes on to tell me to go to a nearby home hardware store to buy the pieces required to secure item on my vehicle upon picking it up after two weeks. I didn’t know whether to slap him across his face or tell him to go f himself for wasting our time with lies just so he can get his stinking commission. Not a good reflection on Leon’s.

This review score is strictly for their customer service post purchase. Rescheduling a delivery date with them is one of the most annoying things I’ve ever had to do and the problems could have been completely avoidable

Went into the store looking to furnish our home. At first the sales guy Nick seemed interested, and helped us find the items we wanted. - dinning table, couch, side chair, tv stands, tv and coffee table. He left us sitting at his desk while he went to look for other potential clients even though we were ready to pay. We felt very disrespected and didn't feel we should spend our money at this store, so we left. The guy outside giving out a hot dog seemed pretty nice.
